Principles of personal data processing and protection

 

I, Denisa Říha Palečková, very much appreciate your trust in the provision of personal data and therefore my company ARKAYA Education s.r.o., ID: 070 31 041 is already processing and protecting your personal data according to all valid legislation, including GDPR regulation.

 

You entrust us your personal information if you are interested in our services, if your are our customer, newsletter subscriber, or visitor to one of our web sites:

Which personal data we process and for what purpose?
 
1. We need your email address to send you interesting articles, videos, audio and other 
information about our workshops and products on "Happy partnership and the life of my dreams". 
We will also be glad if you tell us your name and gender as optional information.
 
We will send you our emails only if you are interested. If you want to cancel us sending 
emails, you can easily do so by clicking the "Cancel" button at the bottom of each 
e-mail you receive from us.

 

(If you are or if you will become our customer, we are sending or will send you our emails 
based on our authorized interest, as we assume that you are interested in the information 
from us. As our customers we consider everyone who bought a service or product of a certain 
value from us even if the product or service was provided free of charge. That can be for 
example gaining access to a video or live broadcast based after you registered your email 
address on one of our web sites.
 
If you are not our customer, we will send you emails based on your consent.)
 
In both cases, you can terminate the subscription of our emails at any time by clicking 
the Cancel link in each email we sent " J

 

2. If you decide to attend one of our seminars or live events, or to order a product or 
service, we will need your:
 
Name, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, and in some cases also phone number.
 
For seminars and live events, we will be happy if you voluntarily provide us with the following 
optional information beyond the above mandatory data: Your experience with similar courses, 
occupations, and sometimes also a place of residence. This information will help us to better 
prepare you for your individual needs so that the seminar will benefit you as much as possible.

 

3. Bookkeeping
If you are our customers, we need your personal data (billing information) to comply with 
the statutory obligation to issue and record tax documents.

 

4. Cookies

 

If you enter our website, the IP address will be recorded, and if you have cookies enabled 
in your browser, they will be recorded using your site's data. We use Google Analytics on 
our website, details of which can be found on Google's website. We also use social ads for 
the offer of our services, but when it comes to processing your personal information, only 
our ad can appear if you have previously visited one of our websites.
 
If we have to have your consent for the processing of some personal data for the specific 
processing purposes, we only process such data for specific purpose with your consent.
 
Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow for the collection of personal 
data. You can / do not have to use Cookies on your device.
We retain your personal information for the duration of the limitation period, unless 
the law provides for a longer period for its retention, or we have not stated otherwise 
in specific cases.

we are registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 293362
The administrator determines how the personal data will be processed, for what purpose and 
for how long, and selects any other processors who assist him / her in processing.

Security and Privacy
We protect personal data with modern technologies that correspond to a high level of 
technical development. We protect them as if they were ours. We have accepted and 
maintained almost all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures 
that prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.



Transmission of personal data to third parties
Our carefully selected employees and co-workers have access to your personal data.
In addition, it may be a collaborating accountant, financial institution, data warehouse 
and software applications provider, freight forwarder, cooperating physical and legal 
entities providing web sites and software applications or performing technical, organizational, 
operational, administrative, logistic or other categories of activities .
We conclude with the developer contracts that deal with the fulfillment of your personal 
data protection obligations to keep your data safe. All potential global technology providers 
(data repositories, social networks, software, etc.) with whom it is not technically 
possible to conclude a separate written processing contract are obliged to fulfill all 
GDPR requirements on their part and fully commit themselves to protecting all personal 
data of users, including managed by us.
In exceptional cases, we are also required to make personal information available to 
the appropriate administrative authorities if such a duty is imposed by law 
(ie in particular in the case of an inspection where the authority is entitled to request 
the disclosure of personal data).
It is possible that we will decide to use other applications or processors in the future 
to facilitate and improve processing. However, we promise you that in this case, when choosing, 
we will put at least the same demands on the processor for the security and quality of 
the processing as on our own.
The processing of our data takes place exclusively within the territory of the European Union.
Your rights in connection with the protection of personal data
You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of your personal data. If you wish 
to use any of these rights, please contact us by e-mail: riha108 (at) email.cz,
You have the right to information that is already covered by this information page 
with the privacy policy.
You can invite us at any time with the right to access, and we will provide you within 
30 days with the information on how we process your personal information and why.
If your data change or find your personal information outdated or incomplete, you have 
the right to completion and changes of your personal 
information.
You have the right to limit the processing if you believe we process your inaccurate data, 
you think we are processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all the data or if you 
have a counter-claim. You can limit the scope of personal data or the purpose of processing. 
(For example, dropping out of the newsletter restricts the purpose of processing to send 
business messages.)

 

The right to portability
If you would like to take your personal information and transfer it to someone else, we will 
proceed as you would with the right of access - except that we will deliver the information 
in machine-readable form. Here we need at least 30 days.
Right to be deleted (be forgotten)
Your next right is the right to be erased (be forgotten). If you wish, you have the right. 
In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system as well as from the systems 
of all partial processors and backups. We need 30 days to secure the right to be erased.
In some cases, we are bound by a statutory obligation and, for example, we must record the tax 
documents issued after a period prescribed by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal 
data that is not bound by any other law.
 
Complaint at the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that we do not comply with the law with your data, you have the right to appeal 
at any time to the Office for Personal Data Protection. However, we will be happy if you 
inform us about your suspicion first so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.
Here we need at least 30 days.
 
Confidentiality
Please be assured that our employees and collaborators who process your personal information 
are required to maintain confidentiality about personal information and security measures whose 
disclosure would compromise the security of your personal information. 

This confidentiality persists even after the end of our employment contract. Without your 
consent, your personal information will not be shared with any other third party.

 
These privacy policies apply from May 25, 2018 and replace the previous Privacy Policy.
